small room poor air conditioning
The room was small, not what i expected for the price. it felt cramped, especially since i was traveling with luggage. the air conditioning was also a major issue. It struggled to keep the room cool, even during the night.. i had to open a window, which let in street noise. this. the lack of climate control and small space were disappointing.

The breakfast had a very large selection. Family size rooms were available (a bonus for traveling with teenagers!). Access to the metro station was just outside. Main attractions were within walking distance.
The pool was surprisingly small. This was a large and busy hotel. The main entrance locked at night. I returned around 3 a.m. and could not enter freely.

excellent breakfast subway stop
The breakfast options included eggs, cheeses, and meats. It was awesome. The hotel's location near the subway stop on Grand Via made getting around simple.
The hotel was quite busy. This sometimes caused waits for the elevators.
